Swedish Massage

Traditional western style massage.  Tension dissolving rhythmic massage techniques soothe the nervous system and help induce deep relaxation in the body.  Other benefits include enhanced mental clarity, relief  from sore muscles, improved circulation, and general feeling of well-being.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep specific work targeting underlying tissue. The focus is on realigning deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, targeting “knots” and trigger points.  It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas, such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.  Helps  to release toxins from the body and improve circulation.

30 Minute Massage 
Site specific massage on a targeted area.                                                           $50

Prenatal Massage

Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complimentary choice for prenatal care.  It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness.  Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy.

Customize any treatment with the addition of  aromatic essential oils to enhance the sensory experience and therapeutic effects of your session.

Foot Scrub
Add 15 minutes to any session to exfoliate and hydrate dry, tired feet.                              $15

Add 15 minutes to any session while a soothing mask and massage are applied to repair and renew dry hands.
